Sangini Saheli actively supports and nurtures Self-Help Groups (SHGs) as catalysts of financial independence and collective action. These groups serve as safe spaces where women learn, earn, and grow together. We help establish and mentor SHGs in both urban and rural communities, focusing on skill development, income generation, and problem-solving around health, sanitation, and literacy. Beyond economic gains, these groups create support networks where women uplift each other. They foster self-confidence, leadership, and a stronger voice in community affairs. SHGs are not just micro-units of finance—they’re micro-units of transformation.
